Delivery/Pick up methods
At the present time you can choose between the following pick up and delivery options in the CTS Eventim Schweiz AG Web shop.
Dispatch in Switzerland
Dispatch outside of Switzerland
Tickets will be mailed to you after payment is made. Registered Mail only if value of the purchased tickets is above CHF 500.- or if the event is unnumbered.
Collection at the box office:
Tickets can be deposited and picked up at the box office if payment has been duly received. This does not work for all Events, please check event details.
print@home (only offered with selected performances)
You may print your tickets right after purchase (only valid with creditcard) or at any time afterwards via "my account - my orders" section.
The ticket itself costs just as much as a normal ticket. There are no mailing and handling charges (e.g. CHF 11.- for each order for sending the tickets by registered mail). The issuing fee for a Print@Home order is CHF 2.- incl. MwSt. and is paid by the customer. The promoter pays a portion of the admission control costs but has the advantage of security and a longer selling time on the internet.
